COURSE SUMMARY 

  • Three 90-minute courses are offered virtually either live or self-paced.

  • Targets the body, mind, and soul connection with nutrition, activity and energy.

  • Discuss the psychophysiological stress responses, compromised health symptoms and lifestyle factors influencing total whole health imbalances

  • Optimize whole-health functionality and improved quality of life.

BODY - be well

VITAMINS, HERBAL SUPPLEMENTATION and NUTRITION

This course was developed to discuss the common physiological stress response symptoms. It is designed to highlight and introduce nourishing, anti-inflammatory food groups, the influence of a positive food-mood shift, and explore quality herbal, or vitamin supplementation as an optional support for optimizing the body’s whole health systems.


MIND - practice well

COMPLEMENTARY and INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE METHODS

This course was developed to briefly highlight stress response symptoms. The structure aims to provide a good foundation in both, meditation and yoga by integrating stress management techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and breath to body movements to activate the parasympathetic nervous system towards restoration and balance.
